As a graduate from HVAC/R school in July with a 3.0 GPA. I am finding it difficult to get my foot in the door. I understand the theory of heat transfer. My experience of working directly with customers has taught me how to find their hot button issues and customize a program that best meets the needs and desires of the customer. I am looking for a position within about 40 miles of Hemet, California.

I know it's going to be different for everyone, but at one point after your first child did you go back to work? Thinking of kids, and trying to wrap my head around what's normal, and what to expect with budgeting post delivery. Wife says 6 months after regardless of parental leave to recover. Then she wants to ease into it with part time work. Thoughts?
