As an experienced product designer, I urgently need to switch jobs due to current circumstances. I'm immunocompromised, needing occasional remote work, but it doesn't affect my skills. Post-disclosure, I'm ghosted during hiring. Struggling to find roles in big tech, where I hope there's less bias. How can I find new positions and present my situation effectively without risking opportunities? All insights or tips are greatly appreciated. Thanks for your support.

I’ve heard ServiceNow is incredible when it comes to being open to hiring protected groups and a lot of times they prioritize potential hires that fall under disability/racial minorities/lgbtq groups
I’ve worked at banks pre disability and now with my paralysis, they have been great about accommodations. I’ve worked at Wells Fargo, BofA, and Citi. I know that isn’t big tech, but there are always spots for people like you
