Sorry I would still leave.
I came back from being transferred off of all my first supervisor’s matters and eventually even made partner but it was hard and gross and I wouldn’t recommend doing it unless you have a very good reason for staying (and even then, I’d think twice before doing that to yourself)

It’s survivable, but the standard you’re judged by is totally different now—people will be looking for your mistakes and shortfalls now and the first time it happens you’ll get kicked out.
Yes. I had a friend who was placed on PIP and she turned it around and is doing well now, but you have to put in serious work.
It depends on the firm. I know of multiple people at mine that were put on PIPs and survived them
If done correctly, a PIP is surviveable but I'd still encourage you to revamp your resume and try to make a move just in case.

I’m not on a PIP but being left out of meetings, didn’t get a raise or bonus and no one has said anything. Needless to say, I’m interviewing. Are you also applying/interviewing?
