At Accenture after how many days generally they provide live project works? I got project immediately after joining and its been 2 months, I’ve been getting assignment works as part of project specific training. I am at CL 10, have asked the leads when I’ll get live project works, they are saying finish the assignment you’ll get soon. I just wanted to know if this is a standard practice or not, as previously working on startups so never experienced such a extended training period joining.

Seems like hiring has slowed down but i feel we are in for another bout of great resignations due to companies calling it's employees back now and employees finding ways to continue WFH. The ones who get lucky continue WFH while not so lucky ones will start switching and startups and other mid level companies cashing in on the talent. Looks like it's the lull before the storm.
