My husband works 12-hour days, but he gets three-day weekends every single week. I'm infinitely and endlessly jealous of him 😆 he gets an extra day to just do whatever, while I'm still working the entire day. I would love 12 hour days personally!

Yeah I like that idea aswell, 4 days of smashing work out to get an extra weekend day sounds great! As 2 days goes by in a blink of an eye!
If anyone in here does, I hope their companies are hiring and they're open to giving me a referral 😂. I would do just about anything to work a 4 day schedule. Even if that meant staying 2 hours late Monday-Thursday, it'd be so worth the extra day off.

Yeah definitely would, pays to have a long weekend all the time. I’m very jealous of my boss as he doesn’t work Fridays so this bank holiday he’s had 4 days off and a 3 day working week…. Winner🤣
I think it’s long been proven that the four day work week is better for productivity. It’s just not something that’s embraced in the United States. I think if more companies went to the four day work week we would see a productivity, boom.

I’m in the UK and it’s not really a big thing here either. My boss is 4 days a week but he’s not far from retirement so he’s cutting down slowly which works for him, where as i have many many years before retirement and need to work 5 days to earn🤣
