Barclays folks need your help .Currently at Accenture as Level 9 BA with 7+ YOE. CTC: ₹20 LPA (₹18.21 fixed). Got Barclays BA4 Ops BA offer — initially ₹22L fixed, after negotiation they revised to ₹23.5L.
I was expecting ₹26–28L fixed. Thinking to ask for ₹25L now.Anyone know if that’s doable for BA4 grade? Or should I aim a bit higher and leave room to settle?

I had very positive feedback on my interviews for a S&O role but the team hired someone internally. If I interview again for a differenr role, would I have to do all the interviews again or can I use some of the scores from previous interviews. I understand doing RRK again makes sense but what about GCA, googlyness or leadership . Thank you

Made it to the on-site round for a Sales S&O interview. However, both of the interviewers are Managing Directors of Sales. I thought they would be other S&O managers. How would this affect interview questions (e.g would GCA case studies be sales focused?) how can I best prepare for this given a lack of a sales background.

Got a job offer with a lower base salary but a guaranteed bonus structure that puts me ahead of my current pay at the end of each year. Has anyone moved to a position with a compensation structure like this? Was it hard to adjust when it came to your monthly finances?
