I joined Tech Mahindra for 5 days only and didn't find suitable timing for my project and emailed resignation mail to manager and HR. After that HR asked me to resign over portal but at the same time blocked my portal. After requesting many times they didn't unblock my portal and pretended like they want to unblock but there is some issue going on and marked my profile absconded. I have cleared fnf but they are not providing reliving letter but added pf amount also. What to do?

Having a baby and looking for consulting exit opps. I’ve been in strategy consulting for two years and recently promoted to manager. All projects were in tech or LS. Prior to consulting I have 10 yrs of Pharma experience with a MS in Engineering (non-CS) and data science. Fluent in Python, Ruby and Java but never coded professionally. This annual appraisal I have got a good % of appraisal increment on my salary but I was not promoted to a senior developer (although I have been mentoring a junior dev in my team and been part of building the project by implementing new technologies and tweaks) and my total YoE is 3.5+ years. Fishes, I have a job title question. Does it matter if a role is in the same project with different titles? Example: SA, State and Local, Researcher vs SA, State and Local, Business Analyst. The job description makes it sound like they are the same project. However, Business Analyst does have more requirements/qualifications listed than Researcher. I’m coming from industry (3 YOE). Hello, I’m an associate (almost at the one year mark) at a midsize firm on the EPL team. I did about 2 years of employment law as a clerk during school and know that’s what I want to go into. I’ve asked for more EPL work but keep catching PI cases. I second-chaired an employment trial but don’t see any EPL work for the foreseeable future and wasn’t getting as much EPL exposure as I wanted before the trial. Any advice on a lateral move to a bigger firm with a broader range of EPL work?
