At KPMG, was going to go up for M last year but it would have been a tad early (only 2.5 years at senior) so I decided to push it back to this year. I work for a mortgage company and I service many commercial mortgages that are unique in structure which makes servicing more challenging. Since we are a smaller company we have to come up with solutions or work harder get things done. I would say I do some managerial work now and train new staff.
