Hoping to get in touch with #Peraton recruiter! I have about 9 months left in Air Force where I work in cyber defense and vulnerability management, have a BA in cybersecurity, sitting for CISSP and have lots of certs. Would love to chat with someone about opportunities. Hold a clearance and could technically start in 7 months. Any help is appreciated!! Thank you.

Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.
Accenture
Hello, I have an offer from Publicis Sapient for their product management internship program. Wondering if anyone has any insight into the program (exits, etc) and how the return offer looks like in terms of salary. I still also hold an interest in data science so might go with another offer but I’m not sure if it is a wise choice to let go of a PM offer while I have it.

Look up @Homsweethom on Instagram. AD turned illustrator. She does classes too.

Didn’t know she was an AD before! She’s really talented.
As a creative you’re in a unique position to be able to hire yourself, not necessarily for money, but experience. Try illustrating or shooting your next campaign. Get credited on the work as the creative as well as the illustrator / photographer or director and that’s your first piece of work to start your new career. This is how many creatives make the transition into other crafts. It takes time but it means that you have the safety net of your current career. There are countless examples of people who have done it so I can tell you it works. If you have talent and really want it, that is.

There are plenty. Creatives who’ve become directors. Photographers. Screenwriters. Obviously those are, in some ways, even more competitive than advertising. But if you can swing it, an escape from the “creative”’corporate rat race.
Did this 3 years ago. DM me for any questions.
It’s been happening for decades. Often great talents. Tom Lichtenheld. Stacy Wall. Sean Farrell and Ian Kalman. Andy Mahr. Author James Patterson was a CEO of JWT.

Where I’m from, one of our best ECDs made a leap to be a director. He’s most awarded director the past years.
Dr Seuss, Andy Warhol, Gabriel García Marquez, to name a few. There’s actually a really long list.
