What about trying to find an office job in your company? Doing something like administrative assisting or HR admin support in the retail store where you work? Unfortunately office jobs without experience are there and they exist, they're just really competitive because a lot of people don't want to be on their feet for 10 hours a day like we have to in retail.
thats not a bad idea, its just I believe the company is probably going out of business. I also don't believe they offer that :/
Look into Host by CBRE. It is their administrative department that looks for people with a hospitality background to work in corporate settings.

That’s rough. Entry level office jobs can be surprisingly competitive, even without experience. Sometimes networking, reaching out directly to small businesses, or highlighting transferable skills from retail can help get your foot in the door.

It’s frustrating because entry level office roles say no experience but quietly expect some version of it anyway. Retail actually builds a lot of transferable skills, they just don’t always get recognized unless they’re framed the right way. Staffing agencies ghosting is sadly common, not a reflection on you.

I think most jobs in general are just hard to come by in this job market. I think some jobs are a bit more lucrative to have than others, so it becomes even more difficult to find an open position in that field.
