Been in retail since I got a job at 18 and now I am 23 still working it. Why is it so hard to find an office job that requires no experience? I have been looking for an administrative assistant job since I started my latest retail job almost 6 months ago. I have applied to probably almost 100 jobs by now and have yet to hear back from anyone. I even tried reaching out to a staffing agency and got ghosted by them. If anyone has any advice that would be much appreciated.

I am a ReactJS developer (frontend) with 3.8 years of experience. I currently switched my company but they don't have an opening for ReactJS and kept me on a bench for 3 months and they are telling me now to learn AEM technology and work on the AEM project for now.
They hired me for a package of 16 LPA.
So my questions are is it a good technology to learn? Should I say yes and have a career in it?
Will I get the same package like ReactJS or less? What is future if compared with React?
