You’re not stuck there! Start planning your exit. Life is too short to be unhappy. And what’s nice is you can take your time looking and find something in the next 6 months - a year to find something solid where you’ll be happier
Not sure why people keep complaining about the job market. Unemployment is about as low as it can go; there are plenty of jobs available. If you’re not happy where you are, start looking for something new.
I'm in this same predicament. Started a new job 6 months ago and have been unhappy the entire time. Unsupportive leadership, difficult stakeholders, and mostly unhappy coworkers. It's been a wild ride. But I refuse to be stuck, working on my resume, LinkedIn, etc. and have been actively applying for a couple weeks. No interviews yet, but I'm preparing myself. It helps with the feelings of dread at work.
