Bench in Cognizant is stressful, it's not even been two days in bench , multiple unrelated projects asking for interviews, TSCs not allowing to reject projects and Bench Policies are shit in CTS. There is this by weekly call from Bench head who speaks like this is the end of the world. I think half the people just get stressed out like me, this is from a SA think about PA and As.

I have a confusion to join cognizant,bcoz lot of controversies heard about cognizant,but i have no way,Since i had only one offer letter,also my DOJ is on November first week.Can you guys provide the view on joining to CTS.

I am a new joinee to CTS . It's going to be a month now and I haven't received my laptop.

I gave one interview for a project and was selected. They assigned me allocation but haven't reached out to me after that.
