The last job I left because the environment was toxic. I was making great money but it was really affecting my mental health. A bad manager can really cause the environment to become toxic quickly.
Rising Star
I left because the workload had increased drastically and I did not receive an increase in pay.
Mostly over growth, if I reach a stage where I’m attempting to learn more and specialize and there’s no path forward to grow. I sit and analyze if leaving is the right choice. I think salary alone is a bad reason to leave but I understand some folks have families to take care of and inflation is through the roof. Personally, If I reach a point where I’m no longer growing in the environment or support is dimmed,It absolutely opens up the discussion for going another direction.
