How does everyone cope with the quilt of leaving a job even though it’s best for you?
My job is understaffed and I feel like I’ll be leaving them down even though my mental health can’t take it anymore.

My head is beginning to not hurt and that worries me. I am used to banging it against a wall the entire day (theoretically). I have applied to several US jobs via LinkedIn where I met all the candidate skill requirements and I am currently working in a big 4 (Quote to cash area) having 3+ YOE. But still no luck.
On what basis the US firms select a profile for interviewing ? Please help !

I have recently joined an organization as a backend developer but after joining they are putting me in a fullstack role because I had some experience with React.
I am open to fullstack role but my interests is more towards backend.
But I am concerned that I would be put into frontend only and a I would not be given backend work or else it could be 20-80(B&F).
