My H1B ends in Aug 2019 and I need to file extension. I’m doing H1B transfer right now and should hear back in a couple months (receipt received in Early Dec). When should I start filing my extension?

I'm working in the US under H1B, I got a chance to face an interview for another company. My current company started the PERM application also and results will be out within the next 3 months. Is it okay to transfer my H1B to a new company? Can my H1B transfer be denied? How long will my green card application delay if I move to a new company and start to apply for a green card from scratch?

Recently approved H1B with change of status from OPT. I’ll need updated I94 to reverify I9 on talent of demand. Where do I obtain this?
The most recent I94 on CBP website only has arrival date.

Hi all, my H1B got approved today and I am waiting on the actual physical notice. In parallel I have a L2 EAD extension request in process. My H1B is valid from oct 1 only. Can I withdraw my L2 tomorrow? Is it okie if I am out of status for nine days? I am worried that the L2 will get approved. If it does get approved, what do I do?
