For those who like litigation, but not personal injury and premises liability claims, why areas are you feeling the most traction in while looking for lateral moves to other firms?

I turned in my two weeks notice and my AD is giving me a hard time about leaving. Wants to sit down and talk about it and my career aspirations. Any advice ?

In college/grad school I always had a meal plan which made it super easy to get food. Then right after grad school I went right into consulting which I’ve always expensed meals or eaten out.

I chose this degree because honestly I want to get paid in the future. I’m almost done so it’s entirely too late to switch. As a first time PM at a company with no PM structure, I’m finding it difficult to learn good practices and bring myself to “the next level”. Has anyone here had a similar self taught start that made the break through to become a solid senior PM? Anything will help, books, etc.
