I have an interview with Korn Ferry for an associate principal role and am curious about others’ experiences have been with work-life balance here. Also, I have an idea of what I should be compensated in this type of role, but any insights on how they pay compared to others would be helpful. Are you traveling during the pandemic or have client interactions been virtual? Lastly, if you are a consultant here, are you on billable hours? Companies lowball and keep employees with nearly 10% hike.
Same company will hire a new employee with 40-60% or more hike.

To me it appears like companiss themselves are forcing ppl to switch and not to stay.

Also comment on what do you think will happen in future? Will it be same ever coz I don't see any ends.

Hi Fishies, I got offer at Infosys for 9.5 LPA and HCL Technologies for 10.5 LPA. My Experience is 2 years and 10 Months. Applied for data engineer role. Tech Stack is Python, SQL, Spark, Hadoop and having Good Experience in Google Cloud. Current CTC is 6 LPA at Cognizant.
