Whoever of you got selected for a technical consulting job in US while staying in India and not having an US work visa , what is the process you followed ?

I have applied to several US jobs via LinkedIn where I met all the candidate skill requirements and I am currently working in a big 4 (Quote to cash area) having 3+ YOE. But still no luck.
On what basis the US firms select a profile for interviewing ? Please help !

I had final round interviews last week for the company I really want to work for. I have an offer from another company, which I communicated to the recruiter which expedited the interview to final rounds. I need to respond to the other company's offer letter soon. Currently accepted an internship at a firm for the winter and also just accepted a separate internship over the summer with a B4 firm. Should I inform the other firm that I already accepted a later internship with a B4 firm or keep it to myself until the internship is over? What is considered a “large” caseload in employment litigation? I work at a large L&E boutique law firm and handling about 14-15 active litigation cases in state/federal court or arbitration. Some of these matters are multi-plaintiff and multi-defendant cases, but none are class actions. This does not include any matters I am handling in the charge stage or in pre-litigation. Not sure if that’s a typical caseload or not?

I have around 1 year of experience and i am not that experienced with negotiating salaries. I wanted to ask how do you ask for 2x or 3x hike on your current ctc as tbh sometimes i feel that i might not get a callback from recruiter if i ask for 2x hike. How to get a good hike is my main question. Your opinion on this might help me to negotiate for a better offer.
