Hello 🐟🎏
When will be the retention bonus will be paid if a candidate joined TCS in the middle of the financial year. I.e September'22... Will that be paid on next year's September'23 Month only after completing an year in TCS?
And will the Retention bonus will also be considered as taxable income of the the current year taxes(2022-23)?
Looking for valuable suggestions!!!

I haven’t found one that works for me. They all give me weird dreams
I think you just have to try different ones until you find one that works for you
ugh. they are so expensive tho!
update: i bought a neti pot and even after using it twice i feel so much better.
Idk what's going on rn with the pollen in the city but my allergies are killing me - I tried Claritin and Zyrtec which usually help but I'm still a mess.
Does a neti pot help with sneezing + watery eyes, or just the congestion?
Hi, The neti pot (and salts) opens up both sides of my nose and feels comforting. i feel human again after. i use filtered water, and boil it for at least ten minutes before adding to the neti pot. then cool it for about twenty minutes. i like it warm enough to be soothing, but not scalding.
i do it three x/day. plus spray inside my nose w “Woodstock Sinus Nasal wash” a few times a day.
Also drink 1TB of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water to thin the mucus (gross, but it works) 3x/day.
And oreganol drops in water a few times a day.
Around 9pm I am super stuffed up, so I take 600mg of Advil/IBU and it opens my sinuses so I can breathe through my nose and sleep.
The good news is, I’m unemployed and have time to do all that. (sarcasm)
Nasal spray is the only thing that has worked

Zyrtec and Nasonex
I use a combination of H1 and H2 inhibitors which use two different pathways to combat allergies. You need both for systemic treatment. I know it's not widely known but you can Google H1 and H2 allergy treatments.
This is what I take
H1: Oral; Xyzal, Zyrtec, Cyproheptadine and Singulair (momtenuklast). Nasal; Flonase, Zicam. For eyes; Lastacraft, ivizia. I usually take everything twice a day, but you can take them only in the evening if they make you drowsy. By the morning, it's still in your system, but you don't feel any drowsiness. The nasal and eye treatments I keep on me at all times, just in case.
Also, Zyrtec and Xyzal can be found cheaper on Amazon in generic form. Cyproheptadine and Singulair are prescription only.
H2 Inhibitors; famotidine, HISTAsolv (diamine oxidase)
TYSM
another update: i had my car’s cabin filter replace and the dealership also “deodorized” and flushed the vents. i am on the mend.
