Can anyone tell that without any induction or agenda mail we have to go to office for physical onboarding? I am seeing in launchpad that "You are required to attend your Induction physically at your preferred location without exceptions".

But i haven't received any induction or agenda mail yet the launchpad has onboarding pass too but not downloadable . My joining date is 1 sep and got offer letter and launchpad mail on 29 august and initiated BGV on 29 august. Can anyone help on this?

I work in field sales as an IC. My aspirational career path is to end up in people leadership. Recently, an Inside management position opened up that’s been brought to my attention by the hiring director. Question is, is going back Inside the right move to get into started in leadership? Or should I continue down the field path and wait until those field management slots open up?
