Yogurt smoothies!! Or if you want solid foods, keep ingredients for guac and chips so you have to make the guac yourself. Also - hummus and veggies 🤤

Ugh I have the same issue — us asians are bracing the mid-autumn festival with moon cakes that are like 1000 cals. So good but so bad for you.
My coworker introduced me the rice cakes with peanut butter — they’re delicious and filling. I really like apple cinnamon & caramel. 50 cals each 😋
To be fair. I did not eat the cheese ones. Those are disgusting, not sure who invited them to the party
Halo🍦 and some roasted+unsalted almonds
I like to have a midmorning snack of fruit and nuts around 11am. It keeps me full until 1 or 2pm and then I have lunch. Trader Joe's has a great variety if nuts. I recommend the thai chili and lemon cashews or the the red chili ones.
I recommend you dont snack right out of the bag. Put a small portion on a separate plate along with your fruit and dont mindlessly eat the entire bag in one sitting.
I like to snack on honey nut cheerios sometimes, whole wheat and fiber with a little sweetness, and i find i can mindlessly graze without racking up too many calories (unlike my other snacks of al mm ones or dried coconut). I'm also a fan of jerky or yogurt for protein
Chia pudding with a sprinkle of pumpkin seeds, almonds, coconut flakes, cacao nibs, and blueberries.
