For the last three years I have seen my practice only promote white guys to senior managers even though a few of the main partners are Indians. Hi everyone, if you have got an offer from Big4 in UK, can you please share your base salary, core skill, designation and YOE?

I work at a small, 3 lawyer firm. One of the lawyers is not barred in the state we practice. Because of this, the managing attorney has been having him draft motions and other legal documents and use my name and bar number and having me file them because I will have to appear in court for the matter. Is this normal? I am not provided time to review the materials before I file them so I end up working longer days because I am nervous to file something using my name and bar number.

Has anyone used RAI Global for background checks? I filled it out for a new job and it didn’t ask anything about previous arrests or criminal records? Just kinda filled it out with SSN and basic info and it was going to pull my records. How do I explain my previous misdemeanors?
