Has anyone used RAI Global for background checks? I filled it out for a new job and it didn’t ask anything about previous arrests or criminal records? Just kinda filled it out with SSN and basic info and it was going to pull my records. How do I explain my previous misdemeanors?

My friend is looking to move to Bangalore but her salary is <50k pm(content writing). moving to another city is a new thing for her and I want her to try and experience this but I'm also concerned about the costs.
