From Head Cashier, to Team Lead, to Department Manager, to Service Manager, to Department Supervisor, and now Assistant Store Manager. Push yourself and get out of your comfort zone.

Yes. Introvert here, my boss (C-suite) is also an introvert. You still have to push yourself outside of your comfort zone and actively engage others, but if you put in the work it’s definitely doable.

Has anyone found groups in FDD that have better hours than others? If so, what group, how did you do it, and how do you stay? I’ve heard that there are groups that do IPOs in FDD that work less, although I’ve never seen an IPO group.

I currently have 5.5 Ipa package in LTI working hear from starting of my career having Total 3 years of experience in Data Analytics field. Skills Tableau, SQL, Python. I also have done post graduate deploma in ML and Al from IIIT BANGLORE while working. I have notice period of 3 months.
