Absolutely! And if anyone tells you that they can't then they're lying. Introverts are usually more detail-oriented, empathetic, and organized. These are all the skills of a great leader.
Yes, we can. I am the epitome of an introvert. Can I email you or text you instead of actually talk to you? I wish! I've been in a manager role for going on 12 years now. From Head Cashier, to Team Lead, to Department Manager, to Service Manager, to Department Supervisor, and now Assistant Store Manager. Push yourself and get out of your comfort zone.
Introvert here! Definitely. Been in leadership roles for the last 6 years!
But the key is to find a way to lead that feels authentic to you, and a work environment that supports multiple styles of leadership.
Yes. Introvert here, my boss (C-suite) is also an introvert. You still have to push yourself outside of your comfort zone and actively engage others, but if you put in the work it’s definitely doable.
Definitely! Huge introvert here 👋🏾
Absolutely
I think that introverts can definitely become leaders but I do think that it may take some extra work on their part to push themselves outside of the box and work there way up there.
