Wanted to first say congrats on your offers. It must be very exciting. Seems like there’s a lot for you to consider so you should prioritize what you want based on what you have on the table. I can offer insight for 2.
Amazon - solid compensation but you’ll be working big4 hours.
VISA - seems good but any equity? Also if you come to Bay Area, you should consider looking into the cost of living here. Also I worked as a contractor at visa and they did not treat us very well but they were nice to people on their team.
The children one sounds good based on what you’re looking for in terms of WLB and decent compensation.
And honestly, if you’re not sure I would say just keep looking until you find a place that can fit all of your needs. Don’t undervalue yourself, there’s so much you can do.
How many years you been a SA? 110 seems pretty good for Texas.
EY1 Yes, I understand that and it’s a job with almost no changes for years. It’s pretty much a spreadsheet filing job. But, my health - both physical and mental got screwed up big time because of overworking in consulting. I don’t want a taxing job for a while.
If you’re looking for good WLB with solid pay, children’s place would be your option. I used to work in IA at a retailer and funny thing is that I know someone who moved into IA at children’s place. 110k for a senior IT Audit role in NJ is not bad.
I’ll take whatever you don’t want

2. Amazon, Seattle, WA: Base - 100K, TC: 140K. Around 25 RSUs vesting over a period of 4 years, year 1 sign on bonus of 37K plus relocation assistance. Location is way too far from my family and friends. Have heard tech is overworked and has bad wlb, unsure of Internal audit and IT audit teams
3. VISA , Foster City, CA: Base - 135K. Relocation assistance provided. Flexible team, pretty good benefits.
As I have never lived in these cities, I find it very hard to make the pros and cons. Any insights would help.
