Can someone clarify the salary slab for grade 130 and 140?
How does grade promotion work - does your grade automatically change after your salary crosses a certain figure?

For Grade 130 it’s 12 to 16 lakh inclusive of variable pay.

Not sure about grade 140 range starting point. But according to market standard grade 140 is given to 4.6+ yoe people and if I compare with market standard we can get idea like 17 to 22 lpa
