Can someone explain if the insurance is offered by ibm or not. Is that free or should we be paying for the corporate insurance

It's been 3 week with CTS (cognizant). After HR discussion HR said wait for offer letter but no offer letter yet.

Expected CTC 27Lpa
Current 20LPA
Did i ask too much?? Will congnizant not approve my Expected CTC? HR is not picking up what to do?

Question : I have two offers on the table. 1- 22.25/ hr - permanent position with benefits and vacation
2- 24.71 / hr - 12 month contract , 4% in leui of benefits , possibility for permanent

Both are 35 hours, same schedule .
Either decision will hurt someone. Whether it be coworkers or new employer.
What would you choose ?

I’m currently working in insurance customer service at an agency. I work in the mortgage department assisting w mortgage changes , payments etc. I’ve been thinking about becoming a claims adjuster most likely for property damage . Is it worth it ??? I hear a lot of talk about how claims adjusting is a lot of work and very demanding but I think my current position has prepared me for the challenge. I’ve been told my company is changing my title from Associate Director of BD to Sales Executive. I’m concerned it reads like a title demotion. Is it just semantics? How will this look for my career development? Curious about the standard perception of Sales Executive from a seniority perspective. Where does this land on the sales roles hierarchy? For context, it’s a professional services firm, I’ve been there 3+years, and they gave a Sales Executive title to someone who just started 5mo ago.

IBM has offered me X amount ctc and i accepted it on portal....now got to know that market valuation for 10.3 yoe is greater than offered ctc....can i ask HR to increase the ctc and change the band...will they consider it?...not holding any counter offer as of now

I got offer from IBM in my home location itself, with 18.5LPA fixed for 9 yea in automation testing. Here my manger is confusing me like layoff will after u join in IBM.. but I am in cts as 11.2 only .. but now I got SA promotion with 10 % hike .. and also no retnation for me also not there whether I can choose IBM or stay here .. kindly help guys .

Is there a clause in IBM if one separates before completing year.
Offer letter mentioned recovery of joining bonus if separation before 1 year. If i resign now ,my lwd is beyond 1year since I joined 10 months back. Which date will be considered here? Day of separation filing or actual lwd .
Also Can one can revoke separation at a later stage?
