I have been overworked and overwhelmed at my current job for quite a while. This is my first position out of law school, small firm with large caseload, and in my second year of practice. I haven't been on here for months. Just got caught up in life and this crazy year. I am so glad to see many more of you have joined this group, because I don't know about you, but I am surrounded by people at work who think the opposite of the way I do. And right now, there is so much going on that I am terribly upset about and cannot talk about it at work unless I seek out the few who are conservative and have my values. Glad we have found each other here!

How many of you would feel safer if teachers were allowed to have guns in school? Assume for this conversation that there would be adequate training and guns were kept in safes.

I'm done with this app. People are talking about that parents don't have the right to know if their kid wants to be called by a different pronoun and keeping things from parents. Makes me sick. I told them they're all fucked in the head. So I'll be booted soon. Good knowing some of you. Peace.

Thank GOD I've found my people! It is SOOO hard to talk freely about things going on right now. Those of us at my school who support Trump, do so as if we're in "underground" communications with hushed tones while scoping out our environment.

I had someone from school flame and unfriend me on Facebook because I said jobs are the best way to help someone go from low income to self-sufficient. And this was after I had her child in school and was told I was a great teacher.

Not necessarily a Trump personality fan but putting America first should be our priority. My Trump votes were votes for conservatives and against the elitist Hillary and vegetable Joe. The left has done nothing but create chaos. Luckily, I work in a conservative area. Most of my colleagues are right leaning.

Why does it seem like most democrats are eager to hop aboard the liberal train over ONE agenda? It's like they feel very strongly about something, which is fine this is America and that's your right! But then they agree with EVERYTHING that's liberal or follows alongside their party line. These people NEVER have a good thing to say about anyone involved in politics who are conservative? I am a big Trump fan and even I can't do that.

In another bowl, it was stated that conservatives don’t believe in science, facts, or reality. It still surprises me how misrepresented we are (even though I have seen the media clips that brainwash their viewers). How can we set them straight when they have already been programmed to tune us out?

I'm so happy to see this group. I can count on one hand how many President Trump supporters are in my school.
