Hi,
I have joined ACTI a month back in Kolkata in L9. I wanted to opt for Company Car Lease policy just to save TAX but finding it too complicated.
I had raised queries to payrole and they have replied with a suggestion to think twice before opting for this benifit.
What do you all suggest, who have already opted for it?Accenture

Firm will not revoke your offer. You’ll be fine.

I don’t think anyone actually reviews the transcript that you upload

Ohh damn. I guess my office is just desperate for people. I haven’t heard of that happening
you’d have to do some real extreme shit to get an offer rescinded - a lot worse than a 3.0
Mine dropped between my internship and full time start date at pwc and it was fine
Were they accounting classes?
Pretty low I’d say. I got my co-op offer with an 8.5 GPA out of 10, and the semester before starting I got a 6 out of 10, and no one even looked at it or knew
Probably translates to having like a 3.8 average then getting a high 2 or maybe 3 flat for that semester
As long as you pass with the credits required to sit for the cpa, that’s all that matters.
Also if they do take issue with the drop (which I think is unlikely), you should tell them what you said above. Anyone with any compassion would understand
They only look at your transcript to make sure you graduated. I think they really only look at GPA if you apply for an internship.
My GPA dropped as well. It was never an issue.
I feel like I should just start applying for other jobs, to be safe. I have an excellent resume. But this is still very stressful
I had a 3.4 GPA when I got my offer and ended up around 3.2 after I got a D and C in my last two classes bc I was so burned out on school. Sent them my transcripts and assumed I had the job until I heard otherwise. That was a couple years ago so you're probably fine.
Also I didnt even have any reasonable reason why other than I spent all my time networking instead of studying to get the job

It will only become an issue 15 years from now when you’re up for partner.
