Who else has to take the COVID pregnancy test once a week?

I’ve had a bad case of work anxiety ever since I started a new job ~7 months ago. The adjustment was ROUGH. I was making mistake after mistake. I powered through and somehow got glowing reviews at year end, with people saying I’ve moved past that point.

I’m convinced I’ve only tricked people and sooner or later they’re gonna catch on. I have extremely bad Sunday scaries, I’m always fighting down my anxiety whenever a new ask comes through. I don’t know what to do.

What have you found to be good ways to help bridge gaps left from time out of class due to Covid? I teach 6th grade. We use iReady but feel like there are other sources I could use that would help fill in learning gaps.

Can (Should) we all as employees decide that we don't want to get back to offices 5 days as week post this COVID19 fiasco is done and dusted.?

What's the point? If we are able to deliver results, work and progress from home, then why do we need to be shackled back into the monolithic corporate systemic enslavement?

Maybe stick with 1 or 2 days of office for Important F2F meeting, with rest WFH?

I felt dizziness while working and fell down today.
I had to go to the doctor due to the anxiety and stress I was carrying since the last 2 months. It has affected my health.

Sweaty post-workout question. If I finish a bike or run in the heat I am usually just pouring sweat for the next 15 or so mins. So I've gotten into the habit of just putting a towel or yoga mat down on the floor and laying/stretching until I am not going to throw sweat everywhere or step in to the shower and step out still sweating. Why does it seem like most democrats are eager to hop aboard the liberal train over ONE agenda? It's like they feel very strongly about something, which is fine this is America and that's your right!
