Has anyone seen the changes to United’s loyalty program? Any thoughts on the PlusPoints or new qualifying rules?

Friends..
I have received an offer from KPMG Global Services, HR said there will be 10-20% yearly bonus apart from fixed CTC. But % numbers are not mentioned in the offer letter, Just they mentioned it as " You will be eligible for Performance bonus as per the company policy".

When I checked with HR for bonus % is not mentioned in the offer letter, she said... its not mentioned for everyone. 10-20% is common across all employees.

Is this okay ? OR anyone have their bonus % in the offer

While the corporate world typically slows it's hiring down in the first quarter of the year, franchisors are looking for talented individuals to turn their employee status into ownership status. Many will take that year end bonus and utilize it to pay their franchise fee and begin their venture into becoming their own boss. Others will be frustrated by no year end bonus or raise.
