Question! I just moved(transferred) to another team of my company and received new title, graphic & creative services. I was a senior graphic designer at the previous team. What do you think about my new title? I know that title is not a big thing but why I feel like my title is downgraded here… Good thing is my jobs here at my current team are what I really wanted to do. This is amazing. I expressed a need for a promotion or raise to compensate for the major increase in responsibility, a responsibility that is not currently in my description.

They pushed back.

- invest in 5000$ in S&P ETF
- invest 5000$ each in AAPL, AMZN, GOOGL,MSFT
- invest 1000$ each in Netflix, ADP and Home Depot
- invest 500$ each in Intel, Nike,Walmart and T-Mobile
- small amounts 100-500 in Merck, GE, Coca Cola , Altria and Samsung.

Thoughts? I plan to invest a little bit each month (200$) in ETF. Any suggestions?
