Curious, has anyone had one consistent copywriting/art partner across most projects? Or is it more normal to rotate depending on the work? Realizing I’ve never really had that and kind of wish I did, & I’m wondering what types of agencies actually support that setup.

It's normal to rotate depending on work and availability. Find someone you love working with and tell your manager you love working with them. Then create the best work you possibly can so they want to put you on projects together. Just be aware that it's best to be able collab with all kinds of people and you will be a much better creative for it. Don't use your favorite partnership as a crutch.

Thank you will do. I just get so jealous when I hear people having a buddy buddy dynamic with one person AND they always create killer work. That type of synergy is so rare

I’ve worked with the same partner for the past 7 years - and there are plenty of established teams in the industry.

It’s always good to be able to work with others and recognize your own strengths and weakness (as well as those of your partner), but it’s also great if you can find someone who complements your style well.

Use your rotations as an opportunity to find out what works for you and what doesn’t, and hopefully find someone you connect well with!

We’ve been working together since college! I certainly got lucky with that, but i know a lot of people find their partners just by vibing with the right person on a project.

If you find someone you like, don’t hesitate to ask to keep working together!

I recently bought my 1st home in TX. I want to get into real estate and eventually own/rent out multiple homes. Are there any good recommendations/tips on books/articles/websites that others have used to get started?

I've read about HELOC and cash out refinance to get a 2nd home but articles are so scattered that it gets confusing which is better in terms of tax benefits and immediate costs, etc. Anything others have found helpful that summarized how to get started would be great!

I recently accepted an offer and have onboarding coming up. Any idea how busy I’ll be in the evenings for those couple of days? The calendar invite only goes until 4pm but I wasn’t sure if there’s any additional events that go on. My fiancé wants to travel with me so we can spend some time in the city where I’m onboarding, but not sure if I’ll be busy the entire time or not.
