Currently I have an offer letter from OCI containing 3 steps to fully
accept the offer letter.

Step 1: Download and accept the offer letter.
Step 2: Create an Oracle account.
Step 3: Complete the required offer-acceptance tasks.

I’ve completed the first two steps and am waiting for the third.

Should I wait until the third step is available and completed before
resigning from my current company, or is it safe to resign earlier?
