It’s a great role, should be able to get around or above 100k in total comp for the year. Just know you’re not running the book, you’re helping support 1-2 advisors books and working with their clients. But it’s an easy transition after 12-18 months in the role into being an FC
Coach
It’s an easy 100k job with little pressure. Many are happy staying in this role. But if you’re looking to make more, like others said, it’s not a very long time to get promoted into a higher paying role.
Yeah I’d say it’s the easiest job within the branches

I’m assuming you have your series 7 and 63 before starting. I’m also interested in the PC role in fidelity. But JP won’t sponsor the 7 so trying to see how I can get it and jump into the PC role. I have 2 years of CSA experience and 4 years of business development experience.
You’d need the 7 and 63/65 or 66 to come straight into that role. Outside of that you could come in as an FR, maybe RM, and get sponsored for your tests and continue to work your way up
