Currently in B4 tax advisory for financial services, focusing on megafund clients. Got experience with carve-out deals, both pre-closing stage (tax DD and structuring) and post-closing stage (supporting Portcos). Not looking for a way out yet - honestly thrilled about the opportunities and deal sizes - but getting so burned out, not knowing what bars to reach for and what to look forward to. Are the ongoing battles worth it or is this just a sweatshop? What exit options do I have down the road?

I need some legit feedback on what is it like to be a UXD at companies like Accenture?
They claim to do a lot of research oriented designs, as everyone. But is that really the case or it's like some other service based companies where the UX is almost vague, and happens mostly based on what the managers think to be good?

Does UX have any value or it's just drafting wireframes based on ideations by the managers and then UI designs?
