Hi all, I was offered 19 LPA by FIS for Lead Analyst project management in Mohali location. I have 9.5 years of experience and 3.5 years of scrum master experience. I have negotiated and asked for around 22 LPA as I’m holding another offer by accenture with 21 LPA (16.8 L fixed), Gurgaon locations . Just wanted to know how much should I expect with my experience and this role.
Does FIS consider renegotiation once offer letter is rolled out.

How is the work life balance in Citi?
Here is the scenario: Have 2 offers from IT MNCs and 1 from Citi. Citi's offer is the highest. Almost 5 lakhs diff in the fixed component. Although money is important, but I am also seeking a little balance with life. I was previously in ZS Associates and to be frank, life was hell. I am not looking to relive that phase again.

May want to add your total yoe and also your levels at your firm, so people can get a better idea of where you are. Senior associate may be equivalent with Consultant at Deloitte M&A, or Senior Consultant year 1. Btw I heard Deloitte M&A is hiring.
DC or RFA? Or both? Transfer request is in progress and speaking to TBA soon. Any information would be helpful!
Yupppp we underpaid
Deloitte M and A is hiring
However if you don’t like it at PwC you won’t like it at deloitte
Is the salary comparable or higher?
EYP M&A is $170k for MBA Hires
Yes, EYP but TSE side. It's low because we didn't get the full raise as usual, but hoping for a correction this year or next.
D2 - it's truly project dependent. I've been on projects where I'm done around 6 and projects where I'm not done until 9-10. I don't have much visibility into the strategy side, but I think the TSE is a majority of EYP.
Sorry man! Suggest you exit that PMO sweatshop
Truthfully the opportunity dropped right into my lap. I got lucky. Wasn’t even actively looking. Tbh, there’s so many firms in the real estate space looking for people with M&A integration experience just because the market is so hot and there’s a lot of consolidation happening in ancillary businesses. RE/Prop tech is probably the hottest thing in the market, especially on the lower middle market side so if you can spin your experience, there’s a lot of opportunity
Yep I’m making the same
SC at D has a base ranging from 150k to 160k at M&A
I d say 165k to 185k seems likely
senior associate at pwc is what you are recruited as out of B School with a starting of 150k bonus ranges from 5-20% based on performance.
What is DDV?
I applied for this role, can I speak to someone about this role
If not these ‘sweatshops’ then where...
Anywhere else. You should only join if you are desperate
Do these places pay overtime and if not, how many hours per week?
“If you have to ask, you can’t afford it”
More base less bonus
What’s are some differences between M and SM at DDV. Recruiter reached out and didn’t have a clear ans.
Yea, YOE is accurate. M1, M2 then SM1, SM2 then D. That is the general progression if you are average or above rating. However, there are sub levels under each (e.g., M1A, M1B), so if you had a bad year for example you could spend additional time at each level than the expected 2 years
What is M and SM?
Manager and senior manager roles at PwC
Can someone from DDV describe the culture across offices - Bay Area, NYC
Don’t know the EY SF group so apologies but can’t compare.
i’m in DDV and i don’t go to the office. it’s very vertical dependent.
@sc1 your right. I crushed reinvest and did well on my projects and got a 1 without going to the office in my first year. i’d be shocked if i wasn’t a 1 this year
