Assistant Director doesn‘t exist here in client facing roles, only in the backoffice. Client facing would be Director or Senior Director (SD = Senior Manager)

AD definitely does exist in London…
Definitely not a client facing role in US. Assistant Director is equal to Manager / Director and Associate Director is equal to Senior Manager / Senior Director in EYP. When I say equal.. rank wise equivalent, pay wise it’s a stark difference.
