Currently serving notice period in KGS. There was a discussion with HR and BUH regarding notice period buyout. HR confirmed the last working date and told me to confirm with new employer. I signed offer letter with earlier joining date. Since Resignation wasn’t approved in the system until past week so I sent an email chaser. Now they’re cancelling the early release because it hit BUH ego (also clearly stated by HR that I shouldn’t have chased). They still have not confirmed my last working day.
