I’m really thinking about getting a second job to supplement my income. I make 90K a year including a small bonus but I want to make more. I’m 7 years out of college and I just feel like I should be making at least 6 figures by now. I love the company I work for. I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. I’m thinking of maybe finding a small company that needs help with collections or receivables but it’s so hard to find a job like this that can be done after work hours. I don’t want to double dip.

I have 4.3 YOE currently and I was offered Engr II - Full Stack position in VDSI. But after doing some research it seems Engr II is usually for YOE between 2 and 4. Is this correct? Will there be a problem for me if I take up this position with my YOE?
Since I am a lateral entry, I think promotion to Engr III also would take a lot of time.

Also can you please let me know the current designation hierarchy in VDSI?

Been with my current company 5 years now. I run my own team but have a micromanaging boss who likes to create chaos for me. He also exhibits stalker like behavior by looking up my family online (addresses, emails, phone numbers, FB/Twitter accounts, you name it) and driving by my house and commenting on things I was doing during the weekend or after work.
