Deloitte USI is most toxic company,I would rate Deloitte zero in terms of work culture. I had the worst experience and mental abuse only in one year .

First day after w2d I didn't even know which floor to go in the Deloitte Towers neither did any contacts of my vertical. I myself tried reaching out coach/buddy assigned as mentioned in welcome mail (only mail id was mentioned, no mobile no of that unprofessional) and continuously fordays I was getting automated reply
