my manager said I’d be taking $$ away from the rest of my team by asking for more money in my raise. is that fair for her to say? made me feel AWFUL (I’m a woman, so guilt has been a thing I’ve been dealing w often)

Please, I need your opinion on this. I have 6 years of experience as a software developer and just finished my masters degree in data science. Now I am looking for a job here in the US. I went through the hiring process with this company and finally got an offer. They offered 88k/year and I responded opening a negotiation. They emailed me back saying that I am no longer in this process anymore with no further explanation and in Thanksgiving day. Is that normal?that email really got me very upset

I do sales for a major engineering firm. Focused on new business and exploring new markets. Last year I was in the top 50% for order intake, and first in number of projects won along with number of new customers. I think this is extraordinary given the effort it takes to win new business.

For next year my goal increased by 2.5X, and less of what I bring in counts towards that target. I really enjoy my job but I will essentially be getting a large pay cut. Lost in what to do besides quit??

I am expecting an offer from Master Card for Senior Software Engineer position in O Fallon MO. Please let me know what kind of base salary I can expect with 11 yrs experience . Today i received an interviewer call from deloitte and he asked my expected ctc, i have no idea what's the average package could be and said 3.5l p.a. for a post in cash applications.

Im having 2years 10 months experience and previous ctc was 2.4l p.a.

Tomorrow im having another round of interview. Can i negotiate again with hr after my selection process completed?

I'm thinking i could've said upto 4l p.a.
