Did anyone else insurances with their job go up this year? If so, can you afford to have more taking out of your check for this or anything else! I can’t but I don’t have a choice because I can afford to have a larger doctor bill. 😩. How much is enough or would you rather get private insurance?

I need help figuring out if I’m being underpaid. I’m working in real estate private equity and I focus on fund models and property valuations. I’m currently at base $80k and 20% bonus. On top of that I have 5 years experience and a masters in finance. I’m good at my job and receive positive reviews from everyone. I feel like I should be compensated better but the company says that’s what they think I’m worth. Any help or insights would be great!
