Do any of you struggle with diabetes? My blood sugar is going on the wildest rollercoaster. I met with my healthcare provider, and apparently, I need to watch how many glucose spikes I have daily. I have a fair idea of what to do and what not to but I'd like to grab some ideas from the bowl as well. What are some changes you've started making in your daily life to help with diabetes control?

Fibre first is a game changer!! I also wear a device so I can tell you from first hand experience that it makes a huge difference. I either eat a cup of blueberries an hour before my meal or I'll start with a salad. It makes. a world of a difference.

Oh yes!!! Second the fiber!

My husband has diabetes. He finds logging everything helps. I will ask him for more ideas.

The tendons is fibrous truthfully to see that it is a good change in the wildest rollercoasters do coast to coast to challenge people to see that it is vibrant as well as stirred to say that people are using it to see how well our day is to the trove of one us. Darcy, aren't you calling out to speak, let's keep comment!

My husband says there’s a low-impact monitor you can wear that will track your sugar.

How’s it going, OP?

What are your client follow-up/communication policies or practices? I’m hearing more and more that clients don’t like the long periods of time with little to no contact. From my perspective, since I bill for my time, unless I have an update or need something, I don’t initiate a call. Also, clients hold on to important info and don’t initiate a call cause they’re waiting for me to communicate with them.
