Most TPM don't. In every project I seen is that TPM take unnecessary requirements from business and then overload and stressout their team to deliver their promises. It's a bunch of people pleasers who don't know prioritization. And can't say no. Bicholiye dalaal. 😂

Ofcourse, visiting the office even after the fake HR policy of max 3 days wfh else salary deduction, TPMs do visit and contribute in the company's policy :P where so many guys do not come mocking HR and HR's policy.. and what work TPMs do in the office are the thing that they and their managers can only understand. Non-TPMs don't have that much IQ here to understand :P

Can’t even understand what you are trying to say.
Not sure about other companies but in DTDL, TPMs dont do anything for the success of the project ( hope you understand sarcasm). They are supposed to do any random work that comes as "priority" be it from HRs for townhall data or from content team to share the newsletter data. Then you are responsible for the project delivery on time, setting up processes which would rarely be read or followed because this company actually works like a startup (just pretends to be a european vibe company).
The success of the project solely depends on the hardwork of product, developers, architects and directors.
But when the project fails, TPMs are used as the scapegoat to shift the blame 🤐.
