Has anyone moved careers from working strictly in Media buying at an agency & having most of your experience in that field, to something more in house marketing related? Curious if there’s something else out there where my experience would qualify in a marketing role as I’m currently moving up at my company, but not that interested in working in media buying forever.

Started a new job in December and a recruiter from another agency just reach out. Want to keep channels open for the future but think it would look bad to move jobs such a short time. Should I take the call or just tell them to reach out later?
