Best airline for in/out of MCO?
After uploading documents in Bosch First Services one week ago, there was no update from them, when I replied to them via mail - They said we will get back to you.Is this sign of getting compensation breakup or they looking for other candidates.I have offer from CGI and only 3 days is remaining to accept. What should I do in this case?As CGI has said if you don't join after accepting offer we will blacklist you.

Nah fam. - a previous camp counselor for 4 years.
We were busy eating your kids food and trying to bone one another anyway.
Tip culture has gone crazy.
It all started when everyone acquiesced to giving a dollar to the barista for handing them a cup of already overpriced coffee EVERY single time. It should’ve stayed an optional tip jar. Now it’s everywhere.
Join the resistance. You’ll get a dirty look or two but take comfort in being right.

Nope.
Not at all. Too many counselors anyway so how do you know who to tip anyway?
I coached little league this year and the parents got me a gift card for a sporting goods store at the end of the year. It was nice, and I did buy some gear for the team throughout the season so this offset my out of pocket.
For camp counselors I've sometimes bought them little gifts (same with teachers) but nothing too extreme.
Tipping as a concept is ridiculous. Why carve out one cost item and make people pay for that separately? Just pay people properly in the first place.
Please don't talk about getting better service due to tipping because that argument doesn't hold - evidence: (almost) every other country on the planet. Waiters are happy to give good service because they are paid properly for their job in the first place
The camp I send my kids to forbids giving tips to counselors 🤷♂️
Just make sure you send your kids to a different camp next year.
This is not tipping culture gone recently crazy. I was a camp counselor 30 years ago and half my take home was tips.

What type of camp? Overnight camp? If so- that makes more sense. But a day camp? Nah.
