Resume

What’s a good size for an experienced consultant (11 + years) resume? Is anything beyond a two pager a bad idea? I have hard time to shrink my resume down from my current 4 pages.

I just helped my dad shrink his from 4 down to 2 pages. He has over 20+ years of experience- it can be done, try consolidating, and only keep to high accomplishments of the oldest projects

Thank you. Did you still have the accomplishments separated by projects or just added all of them under one section?

You don't have to include every project. Only include bullet points that make you attractive for the position you're considering. Nobody on earth needs more than two pages. Just highlight what you've actually done in brief statements and quantify the impact. Did X by Y resulting in Z. Repeat as necessary.

If anyone wants to join a boutique HR & Talent Advisory consulting firm, Kincentric is hiring for an Associate Partner role! Location doesn’t really matter, but preferably in IL, NY, or ATL.
