I have received an offer from PA Consulting , which I think will speed up my development by around 2 years, compared to staying where I am. (More diverse role, exposure, not just focused on one platform/product for which I currently am). In addition, the offer is also a large increase in package. I have only been at my current company for 6 months, however I would like to take the offer, how do I approach this?

Larsen & Toubro Infotech I have given the L1 on 7th May and that was cleared and L2 given on 14th May.
Got the mail from recruiter that cleared 2nd round and will get update soon for further process.
So in how many days I can expect for HR round and further process ?
Or they can ghost me ? Can it happen in Larsen & Toubro Infotech that after clearing both rounds they won't go forward for further process ?
Thanks

I feel like applying for jobs IS a job, there's just no pay for it. The way you have to plod through applications is actually work. It sometimes feels like applying for a job could be more difficult than the actual job would be.
Haha I agree with you on that one. I wonder if I could actually do it - charge people $10 per application and CV submitted. I've definitely got more than enough experience to consider myself a pro at it now...
It definitely feels like a job!
If you're on unemployment then you kind of do get paid for looking for a job. Not everyone can do that though. I would love if it were easier for people to get unemployment (with proof of actually applying to jobs) because it really is so much work!

It feels like job when you are tailoring your resume and cover letters according to all new jobs. It takes a lot of time and efforts.

The few times I have been unemployed/between jobs, I have treated looking for a job as my job. I firmly believe in always being open to better opportunities, so when I am gainfully employed, it is more of a hobby.
