Does anyone else feel like the job market is closing on entry level roles? I have looked at many roles in the past couple of months only to find that the roles that are trainee or entry level require years of experience.

I’m not sure how to acquire that experience in the roles when I have done online courses and created project to show skill level in those areas.

Any advice to someone in this position?

Compensation is same. Both the companies are good.

Given the narrowing boundaries between testing and dev, which position is better in the long run? I thought it'd be SDET.
